| Customer Reviews: Basically just a sunscreen January 26, 2010 artimake (Virginia) At first, I thought this had to be a miracle product with a great price until I did some research on anti-aging ingredients and how they work. Avon claims that this is an anti-aging moisturizer that will reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, however, it only seems to provide SPF protection. I used this product daily for over 6 months and didn't see any difference in my fine lines. Why? All-in-one max has 3 great anti-aging ingredients: glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid, and retinol...with retinol being the best of the three. Sounds fabulous, but I read several articles that say using retinol with glycolic acid is not a good idea. The way glycolic acid reacts with the retinol decreases the effectiveness of the retinol rendering it useless. The best way to use retinol is at night because sun exposure can also make retinol less effective. Since this lotion is meant to be used during the DAY and contains glycolic acid, the retinol is essentially worthless. That leaves the other two main anti-agers, but even still, the amount of glycolic/hyaluronic acid in the product is unknown and I'm guessing it's probably very little and not enough to really be anti-aging. So, there is nothing in this lotion that provides anti-aging benefits and I'm assuming this is why Avon is discontinuing the product on its website...because it doesn't work. It does moisturize your skin, but I found it to make my face too oily in the summer. You might as well just use regular sunscreen. :(
Super product November 16, 2008 Prime Timer (Wilmington DE USA) I have used the earlier versions of this product for several years. This is a slightly improved version which means it is still a super product for everyday use.
Love it! April 22, 2008 Candis L. Welch (Chicago, Il USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have used this product for almost 10 yrs and have never been dissatisfied. I have been troubled most of my life by acne, scarring, little wrinkles, and other nuisances. This lotion has helped even my skin tone, rid of the acne, and moisturize the skin so the little wrinkles seem less noticeable. I would recommend this product.

I have used this product before and will continue to use it as long as Avon doesn't discontinue it. I absolutely love it! I am 59 years old and thanks to good genes and this product I don't look it!
Much better than nothing, but there are better products out there. November 4, 2007 A. Golsby (USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you have non-sensitive skin that isn't that dry, and you don't use powder foundation, this is the product for you. It has SPF, and it's a rather lightweight moisturizer. However, it's irritating to sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, you're better off sticking with a brand of moisturizer/sunscreen designed for sensitive skin. People with oily skin will get worse. People with very dry skin will not get the dryness completely resolved with this-- after all, it's a lotion, not a cream. And finally, it doesn't ever seem to really dry off, so if you use powder foundation, the lotion will "grab" it and make the marks very obvious.
